The EMEA Finance Centre is a new organisation that will be created in Warsaw, Poland to provide Finance and Accounting services across the EMEA organisation. The organisation?s key internal clients will be the Country Finance teams for General Ledger accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable services as well as Business departments requiring contract setup and maintenance assistance. As a Contracts Processing Clerk you will be service-minded, a confident communicator and team player. Fluent in English is mandatory and knowledge of a second European language is highly desirable. Thorough knowledge of the PeopleSoft Contract module is preferable but not mandatory as well as experience in Contract or invoice processing in any ERP.

Wymagania

The performance of contracts processing clerk can be measured by the volume of contracts processed/validated and by the time required to process/validate one contract. Providing specialised input and quality assurance on the PeopleSoft system contract requirements and ensuring the requirements of compliance are adhered to by the business. Coordinate with the Business and Finance team to ensure the efficient and effective processing of transactions.
