The EMEA Finance Centre is a new organisation that will be created in Warsaw, Poland to provide Finance and Accounting services across the EMEA organisation. The organisation?s key internal clients will be the Country Finance teams for General Ledger accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable services as well as Business departments requiring contract setup and maintenance assistance. As a General Ledger Clerk you will be service-minded, a confident communicator with high levels of accuracy. Masters Degree in Business Admisntiration with 4 years experience to support is required. Thorough knowledge of the PeopleSoft will be highly desirable alongside knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Wymagania

The General Ledger Clerk will ensure that closing activities for month, quarter and year end are performed on-time and that the accounting data present the most accurate situation. You will work closely with the local finance and perform all operations requested by them. In addition the General Ledger Clerk will perform the VAT calculation and handle the fixed asset register. You will be responsible for reconciliation between different PeopleSoft modules: AR, AP, C2C, IC and GL.
