Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Process Manager for Contracts Processing to supervise all contracts processing functions for EMEA countries for their Shared Services Centre in Warsaw, Poland.The process team (approx. 10 people) for contracts creation and maintenance are solely responsible for providing timely and accurate contracts creation and maintenance while enforcing and complying with the company?s financial policies and standard processes. Jones Lang LaSalleJones Lang LaSalle is a globally integrated real estate services and money management firm, operating across more than 100 markets around the globe. Wymagania

Extensive experience in contract or invoice processing in a PeopleSoft or another ERP module Proven experience in a managerial role Thorough knowledge of the PeopleSoft financial application and Contract module are a plus but not mandatory English and Polish langue skills to business standard are essential with language skills in another European language highly desirable ( ideally French / German / Spanish or Italian )
