Carlson Wagonlit Travel, an international leader in business travel industry is looking for highly motivated candidates for the position of:User Support AnalystThe position is part of the Global Marketing team. The primary objective of this position is to bring support to Account management and Sales teams located around the world regarding the use of their day-to-day tools. The position will evolve to contributing to simple evolutions of these solutions. Workplace: Carlson Wagonlit eCenter, WarsawKey responsibilities:

Address questions from end-users via phone and e-mail to clarify their issues: f.e. need of guidelines for new users, tool issues, process reminders, usage of a solution for a specific client, Guide users on solving problems caused by improper usage of tools, Analyze reason(s) for issue raised, do some analysis to understand possible reasons on technical side as well as from an user’s point of view, Escalate complex issues and follow up on solution, Submit requests for corrections and evolutions to Project managers / product managers, Perform maintenance actions (translations, update of lists of values, create user access), Formally document questions & answers to build knowledge base, Conduct some reporting of this activity in order to address common misunderstanding & identify training needs, Conduct ad hoc analysis, reporting and Dashboard for senior management.

Candidate’s profile:

Fluent in English, Experience of extensive work with Word, Power Point and Excel, ideally including advanced features such as Visual Basic, Comfortable using and explaining Web navigation and basic internet features, Strong communication skills to listen and understand issues raised, along with the ability to coach users in a training / education mode, Very good problem solving / analytical thinking skills to bring new ideas, Ability to plan and prioritize multiple activities, anticipate and communicate problems, Attention to details, Strong customer service focus, Self motivated individual.
